MADE-TO-ORDER: Most of our products are made to order. Made to order items can take 4-6 weeks before ready to be shipped. If you need something by a specific date, Contact Us and we will do everything we can to accommodate.
SHIPPING: The total does not include shipping rates. We only ship within the U.S. at this time. All orders when ready to be processed can take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please view the rest of our Shipping Policy.
REFUNDS: We have a 30 day return policy after you receive the item. Please realize that these are items are made from salvage and reclaimed wood, and cosmetic defects naturally occurring are normal and not a basis for a refund. Colors and textures may vary as well.
